We’re looking for people who are innovative, are up for the challenge and ready to contribute to real positive change for our most vulnerable community. About the RoleReporting to the Chief Experience Officer, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increased awareness of SCC in the competitive aged care market, active engagement with current and prospective clients and employees via online activities across a range of platforms and creation and execution of digital brand strategies including social media, search engine marketing, database marketing and website optimisation.This position is located at our central office in Rivervale with the opportunity to work from home 2 or 3 days a week. We’ll also be asking you to:-Proactively monitor and manage digital content to build and enhance brand profile and reputation.Implement digital marketing initiatives and strategies to positively promote SCC initiatives and drive web traffic and client conversion.Plan and coordinate SCC social media activities Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, implementing native and paid social media promotional campaigns.Develop engaging and relevant social media copy based on content strategy, ensuring that all copy is reflective of the brand positioning and tone of voice and compliant with social media platform requirements.Build and manage eDM campaigns, including regular e-newsletters, using Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor, write digital copy for online display, campaign landing pages, emails, and promotions.Create, edit, and upload website content, ensuring content is relevant and up to date and compiling monthly visitor activity reports using Google Analytics.Execute SEM/SEO strategies. About You The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role developing and implanting successful Digital marketing strategies, sound understanding of and experience in using social media tools and techniques for marketing and fundraising purposes.
