About the role and where you'll be workingOur Allied Health team in Southern Plus East Fremantle is seeking a part time Physiotherapist to join our team! Southern Plus Health and Wellness Centre is a state-of-the-art exercise, rehabilitation and medical facility. We provide person-centered care and strive to enhance the quality of life and independence of our residents. You'll also be asked to provide outreach services in our clients' home.This role is A 0.6 FTE equivalent, with flexibility regarding working days and hours to provide work life balance. Full time applications will also be considered for this role.As our Physio, you will focus on providing assessments and utilising the highest end of your clinical skillset to provide care plans and recommendations to our residents. You will have multiple opportunities to build rapport with our clients, and focus on complimenting hospital outpatient programs and services such as RITH to provide continuity of care.We'll also be asking you to:Strategically grow attendance & class numbers. Assist with clinical product, marketing & business development. This involves client and referrer engagement.Conduct high level clinical assessments and care plans for a variety of complex clients.Connect the team with resources on contemporary evidence-based practice and present to internal and external stakeholders.Closely monitor client health history, progress & assist with physician referrals.Drive health and wellness initiatives for the benefit of the greater organisation through sound collaborative and implementation methodology. About you:The successful candidate will be a proficient health and wellbeing professional taking their clinical expertise, rapport building capacity and collaborative service development expertise into a well-regarded role and team.
