Whilst you’ll be reporting to our Team Lead Clinical Care, our team will also look to you for support and advice on clinical matters.We’ll also be asking you to:Regularly liaise with our Care Coordinators & external allied health / medical professionals.Share your clinical knowledge. Support, mentor & train our Enrolled Nurses.Undertake wound care, monitor medication. Assist with chronic illness & continence.Develop and maintain trust with our clients.Go above & beyond to assist clients achieve desired health outcomes.About You: Problem solving comes naturally, and you don’t sweat the small stuff.  This role would be well-suited if you have some aged care or community care experience.
