Specifically, the Residential Resource Team Director plays a primary leadership role in the provision of allied health, hospitality, pastoral care and lifestyle/wellness experiences for our residential care residents.This position is located in our central office in Rivervale but will travel to our 8 residential care sites as needed. We do offer a flexible working environment.  We’ll also be asking you to:Implement strategic projects within expected timeframes and budgetWork closely with the Chief Operating Officer of Residential Care to achieve the key responsibilities and expected outcomes for the positionEnhance the organisation's customer focus and its ability to deliver high quality service outcomesLead and manage the establishment of allied health programs, including establishing funding through MBSAssist the Head of Hospitality to enhance and align hospitality functions to meet Commonwealth requirements and improve resident experiencesManage occupational therapy led lifestyle programs and activities organisational wideInform evidence based clinical equipment purchases and establish an organisation wide criterion for equipment selectionEnsure all residential support projects are appropriately documented, tendered and managedResponsible for setting KPI’s and targets, performance appraisals, career development and regular feedback to direct reports About You:This person will be an experienced and successful leader in residential care or allied health services. Strong financial and commercial acumen with demonstrated strategic planning and lateral thinking skills coupled with strong budgeting, planning and evaluation skills.
